This is just an update for Hackintosh users. According to the Model Identifier Compatibility Guide, The iMac19,3 Model Identifier will require you to have macOS Mojave installed so you will need to upgrade if you are on macOS High Sierra or earlier. Those who do not upgrade prior to switching their config.plist will experience a kernel panic once the bootloader tries to launch older System Software.
